"Mobile home or manufactured home" means a structure, transportable in one or more
sections, which is built on a permanent chassis, is designed to use with or without
a permanent foundation when connected to required utilities, is intended for human
occupancy, and is being used for permanent residential purposes. A "mobile home or
manufactured home" is a structure that will not meet the requirements of the Uniform
Building Code, but will comply with manufactured housing construction standards as
administered by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. A certificate
tag, issued by Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, will be attached
to the structure. For floodplain management purposes, the term "mobile home or manufactured
home" also includes park trailers, travel trailers and other similar vehicles placed
on a site for greater than one hundred eighty consecutive days.
