§ 22.04.367. Mixed use development.

  • "Mixed use development" means the development of a parcel or structure(s) with a combination of two or more land uses such as residential, office, manufacturing, retail, public, or entertainment in a single or physically integrated group of structures or on a development site.

    "Mixed use" is characterized by:

    A.

    Complementary land uses, land uses that are at least compatible and, preferably, work together for mutual benefit (e.g., personal commercial services that serve adjacent residences);

    B.

    Convenient pedestrian connections.
