§ 2.104.030. Authority.

  • The board of county commissioners shall have the authority to manage county property and to purchase, sell, exchange, dispose, lease, improve, encumber or divide such property in any manner consistent with the public interest and the provisions of this chapter; provided, that tax title property which has been conveyed to the county in its proprietary capacity shall also be subject to the provisions of RCW 36.35.030. Tax title property which has not been conveyed to the county in its proprietary capacity shall be managed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 36.35 RCW.
