§ 2.104.020. Definitions.

As used in this chapter:
A.

"Board" or "Board of County Commissioners" means the board of county commissioners of Thurston County or their designee.

B.

"County property" means all real property and tangible personal property owned by or in which Thurston County has an interest, including tax title property which has been conveyed to the county in its proprietary capacity as authorized by RCW 36.35.030.
