§ 24.20.035. High groundwater flood hazard area—Map amendments.

A.

The high groundwater flood hazard area map shall be amended consistent with the review process and requirements specified in Chapters 24.05 and 24.91 TCC.

B.

All required hydrological studies shall be prepared by an engineering geologist or professional engineer licensed in the State of Washington with demonstrated experience, as appropriate, in hydrologic, hydrogeologic and hydraulic analysis.
