§ 24.15.160. Stair tower, stairway, and mechanical lift.

A.

Stair towers, stairways, and mechanical lifts may be permitted consistent with the Shoreline Master Program for the Thurston Region (1990), as amended, and TCC 24.25.110.

B.

Stair towers, stairways, and mechanical lifts shall be designed and constructed to avoid adverse impacts to existing slope conditions.
