§ 22.51.100. Timing.

A.

No more than one homeless encampment may be located in each of the sheriff districts in Thurston County at any time but never more than two homeless encampments may be located within unincorporated Thurston County any one time.

B.

Duration of the homeless encampment shall not exceed one hundred eighty days.

C.

No host agency shall host a homeless encampment on the same or nearby lot, as defined at TCC 20.03.040 (83) (d), more than one time in any twelve-month period, beginning on the date the homeless encampment locates on a parcel of property.
