§ 22.31.020. Permitted uses.

Permitted uses in the OS district, subject to the applicable requirements of TCC Title 24 or Chapter 17.15, are as follows:

A.

Parks and other related active and passive recreation facilities;

B.

Agricultural uses subject to the Drainage Design and Erosion Control Manual as set forth in TCC Chapter 15.05;

C.

Support facilities;

D.

Cemeteries, located outside of the one-hundred-year floodplain, subject to the standards in Section 22.56.180 of the Thurston County Code;

E.

Golf courses;

F.

Stormwater retention/detention ponds and conveyance facilities;

G.

Camp facilities;

H.

Residences existing prior to the effective date of this title.
