§ 22.14.040. Special uses.

Special uses in the MFM zone district are as follows:

A.

Churches;

B.

Cemeteries;

C.

Child day care center;

D.

Public and/or private schools;

E.

Neighborhood community center as a primary use;

F.

Neighborhood-oriented commercial center;

G.

Private clubs and lodges;

H.

Medical clinic or hospital;

I.

The following essential public facilities:

1.

Mental health facilities (including but not limited to congregate care facilities, adult residential treatment facilities, evaluation and treatment centers);

2.

Inpatient facilities including substance abuse facilities (including but not limited to: intensive inpatient facilities, long term residential drug treatment facilities, recovery house facilities);

J.

Group foster homes;

K.

Campgrounds, recreational vehicle parks;

L.

Agriculture subject to the requirements of Chapter 22.49 of the Thurston County Code;

M.

Wireless communication facilities and other antenna support structures;

N.

Temporary uses;

O.

Senior housing facilities.
