§ 22.14.030. Accessory uses.

Accessory uses in the MFM district are as follows:

A.

Storage sheds, toolsheds, greenhouses;

B.

Private parking garages or carports;

C.

Home occupations, as approved by the director;

D.

Noncommercial recreational structures which could include but are not limited to swimming pools and recreational ball courts;

E.

Energy systems;

F.

Accessory dwelling unit, in accordance with the provisions of Thurston County Code Section 22.42.010;

G.

Boardinghouses and roominghouses;

H.

Neighborhood community center.
