§ 22.08.070. Clearing and grading activities.

Clearing, grading or other activities that remove or substantially alter vegetative ground cover shall not be permitted within this zone district during the wet season (between November 1st and April 30th) to protect environmentally sensitive areas from potential sedimentation and runoff associated with these activities.
