§ 22.04.567. Source of nonionizing electromagnetic radiation.

  • "Source of nonionizing electromagnetic radiation" means a radiofrequency facility emitting between 0.01 MHz and one hundred thousand MHz of effective radiated power of more than or equal to one thousand watts (see Section 22.04.493).
