§ 21.06.190. Building coverage.

"Building coverage" means the amount or percentage of ground area covered or occupied by a building or buildings; usually expressed in square feet or percentage of land on the lot, and measured horizontally at the foundation. (See also Section 21.06.270, Development coverage.)
