§ 21.06.270. Development coverage.

"Development coverage" means the amount or percentage of ground area covered by impervious surfaces (i.e., surfaces which do not absorb moisture, specifically rainwater). Therefore, impervious surfaces include rooftops and all paved surfaces such as parking areas, roads, driveways, walkways and the like.
