§ 17.15.425. Administrative actions—Property assessment relief.

    The Thurston County assessor shall consider the critical areas regulations contained within this chapter when determining the fair market value of land.

    B.

    Any owner of a critical area and its buffer who has dedicated a conservation easement to or entered into a perpetual conservation restriction with a department of the local, state, or federal government; or a nonprofit organization to permanently control some or all the uses and activities within this area may request that the Thurston County assessor reevaluate that specific area consistent with those restrictions.
