§ 17.15.420. Administrative actions—Variances.

A.

The review authority may grant an administrative variance from any buffer or setback required by this chapter within the half of the buffer or setback farthest from the critical area, subject to the provisions of TCC Chapter 20.07, and based upon analysis of the special reports required by this chapter.

B.

When granting a variance, the review authority shall impose conditions necessary to serve the purposes of this chapter and may require mitigation under an approved mitigation plan if necessary.
