§ 17.15.320. Review standards—Assistance to applicant.
A.
Any person seeking to determine whether a proposed activity or an area is subject to this chapter may request in writing a determination from the review authority. Such a request for determination shall contain plans, data, and other information as may be specified by the Thurston County current planning department.
B.
The review authority shall assist the applicant to the degree possible to comply with the provisions of this chapter. This may include visiting the site, establishing a rating for the wetland in question, performing a wetland boundary survey, staking-flagging the edge of the buffer, and marking these on a scaled site plan. Where possible, the applicant shall be present and assist in these tasks.
C.
The review authority may charge the applicant for its expenses in providing the assistance described in subsections A and B of this section above.
