§ 17.12.050. Utility service charge.

(a)

The service charge shall be determined annually by resolution of the board of county commissioners after a public hearing. The time, place and purpose of the public hearing shall be published at least ten days in advance of the hearing and shall be posted in at least five locations within the area.

(b)

All properties within the service area shall be deemed within one class of property for purpose of establishing the service charge in that all properties within the area receive benefits from the stormwater control facilities within the area.

(c)

The service charge shall be a uniform rate based upon the assessed value of the real property and mobile homes within the service area.
