§ 10.04.380. Glenmore area.
It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm at any time in Thurston County, state of Washington, in the following described area of the county:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 36 Township 18 North, Range 2 West W.M.; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 36 to Henderson Boulevard S.E.; thence northerly along said boulevard to its intersection with Yelm Highway S.E.; thence easterly along said highway in Section 36 to Rich Road S.E. in Section 31, Township 18 North, Range 1 West, W.M.; thence southerly along said road to the south line of said Section 31; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 31 to the point of beginning.
Provided, this section does not restrict the rights of a person, acting in self-defense, to take reasonable actions which, but for this section, would be allowed by law. Provided further, that this section does not prohibit the use of rifles or shotguns for the slaughter of domestic animals by the owner of the animals or the owners' agent when done on the property of the owner.
