§ 2.05.010. Purpose.

This chapter establishes the county's docketing process for considering suggested amendments to comprehensive plans and development regulations pursuant to RCW 36.70A.470. This chapter also establishes the county's minimum public participation program for actions related to the Washington State Growth Management Act pursuant to RCW 36.70A.140. Such actions include the development and amendment of comprehensive plans and development regulations implementing such plans and are considered Type IV actions, as defined in Section 20.60.020 TCC. While the public participation measures provided here are the minimum requirements, the county may provide additional measures as appropriate.
