§ 24.40.070. Limitation on review.

The fact that property may be utilized more profitably than allowed based on strict interpretation of this title shall not be an element of consideration in any review of a critical area review permit, or when that review is combined with other permit reviews. Except as authorized by this title, an approval for a critical area review permit shall not result in a waiver or variance of the requirements of this title, and shall not permit a use variance. A waiver or variance of the requirements of this title may only be requested through a reasonable use exception.
