§ 24.35.220. Frequently flooded areas—Grading plan.

A.

An applicant shall submit a grading plan which identifies the proposed development project including the movement of material on-site along with the proposed and existing contours of the site, and cross sections thereof.

B.

This report shall be prepared by a civil engineer licensed in the state of Washington, consistent with Title 14 TCC.
