§ 24.35.080. Geologic hazards—Minimum standards for special reports—Grading plan.

A.

The grading plan shall identify the proposed development project including the movement of material on-site along with the proposed and existing contours of the site and cross sections thereof.

B.

The grading plan shall be prepared by a registered design professional, as defined in TCC 14.37.020.

C.

The grading plan shall comply with the standards in Chapter 14.37 TCC.
