§ 24.25.250. On-site sewage disposal systems and sewer lines—New.

A.

New on-site sewage disposal systems and sewer lines serving an approved use may be allowed in fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas as specified in Table 24.25-3, subject to Chapter 24.50 TCC.

B.

New on-site sewage systems and sewer lines shall be consistent with applicable provisions of Article IV of The Thurston County Sanitary Code, and the applicable provisions of this chapter.
