§ 24.15.080. Bridges and culverts—New.

Latest version.

New bridges and road culverts are allowed if:

A.

There is not another alternative access available outside of the geologic hazard area(s) or associated buffer(s);

B.

The bridge or culvert shall be designed and located in a manner that presents the lowest risk of exacerbating an existing geologic hazard or impacting the associated buffer; and

C.

The bridge or culvert is designed in compliance with the standards for new crossings contained in TCC 24.25.280.
