§ 23.50.060. Design districts.

A.

Areas Subject to Design Review (see design corridor map, as depicted in Chapter 23.06A, Map 6A-1).

1.

Entrance/Exit Corridors. Projects, a part or all of, which abut or take direct access from the following streets from the current city limits to the boundary of the downtown area:

a.

Mud Bay Road;

b.

Cooper Point Road; and

c.

Pacific Avenue.

2.

State Highways. Projects which lie wholly or partly within three hundred feet of State Route 101 or Interstate 5, except existing, approved planned unit developments.
