§ 22.56.195. Taverns, cocktail lounges.

A.

Taverns and cocktail lounges as primary uses are permitted as special uses in the following zone districts: CD, GC and MU.

B.

Minimum Conditions.

1.

Site must be on or within three hundred feet of a major or secondary arterial.

2.

No off-street parking or loading areas will be allowed in any required yard area.

3.

Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with requirements of Chapter 22.47.

4.

The minimum site area shall be adequate to provide for the required parking and yards.
