§ 22.56.090. Minimum conditions.

Any special use shall meet the density regulations of the zone in which it is located, as well as the minimum conditions listed in Sections 22.56.100 through 22.56.280. The hearing examiner may impose any additional conditions deemed necessary to ensure the protection of adjacent uses, health, safety and general welfare.
