§ 22.56.040. Imposition of conditions.

Permits for special uses shall stipulate restrictions or conditions which may include a definite time limit, provisions for front, side or rear yards greater than the minimum requirements of this title, suitable landscaping, off-street parking, and any other restrictions, conditions or safeguards that would uphold the spirit and intent of this title and mitigate any adverse effect upon neighborhood properties.
