§ 22.56.020. Application—Contents and fee.

A.

A request for a special use permit shall be submitted on an application form available at the Thurston County Resource Stewardship Department. Each application shall include the information required in Section 22.62.030.

Before submitting an application for a hearings examiner approved special use permit, the applicant shall submit a request form and one copy of the proposal to the resource stewardship department for a presubmission conference. At minimum, the proposal shall contain in a rough and approximate manner the information required in the special use application. The purpose of the presubmission conference is to enable the applicant to obtain the advice of affected county departments as to the applicability of the intent, standards and provisions of this title to the proposal. Upon receipt of a properly prepared request, the resource stewardship department shall notify the applicant of the time and place for the presubmission conference.
