§ 22.44.075. Conditional exemptions.

Except to the extent that permits may be required under Title 14 Buildings and Construction TCC the following signs are exempt from the permit requirements of this chapter, but they shall be included in the computation of sign size area for regulated signs:
A.

Any temporary sign, banner, or point-of-purchase sign intended to be displayed for a limited period of time;

B.

Signs flush-mounted or painted directly on the wall of a building, or erected against the wall of a building parallel or approximately parallel to the wall and not extending further than fifteen inches from the wall; and

C.

Product dispensers.
