The height limitations contained in the density regulations of each zoning district
do not apply to electrical power transmission towers, wireless communication facilities,
fire stations, electrical substations, and water or sewer facilities, antennas, chimneys,
ventilators, energy systems including solar energy collectors and equipment used for
the mounting or operation of such collectors, or other appurtenances usually required
to be placed above the roof level and not intended for human occupancy.
