§ 22.36.050. Public hearing—Criteria for decision.

  • The application for a planned unit development shall be heard before the hearing examiner in accordance with the procedures in Section 22.62.020C. The hearing examiner's decision to approve or deny the development shall be based on at least, but not limited to, the following criteria:

    A.

    Substantial conformance to the Tumwater Joint Plan;

    B.

    The proposal's compatibility with the surrounding area or its potential future use; and

    C.

    The proposal shall be designed to minimize impacts on adjacent properties and, conversely, to minimize impacts of adjacent land use and development on the proposal.
