§ 22.16.030. Accessory uses.

  • Accessory uses in the MFH district are as follows:

    A.

    Storage sheds, toolsheds, greenhouses;

    B.

    Private parking garages or carports;

    C.

    Home occupations, as approved by the department;

    D.

    Noncommercial recreational structures which could include but are not limited to swimming pools and recreational ball courts;

    E.

    Energy systems;

    F.

    Accessory dwelling unit, in accordance with the provisions of Thurston County Code Section 22.42.010, where there is an existing single-family dwelling unit which was legally established prior to the effective date of this title;

    G.

    Boardinghouses and roominghouses;

    H.

    Neighborhood community center.
