§ 22.04.620. Travel trailer.

"Travel trailer" means a vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis and designed to be used for temporary occupancy for travel, recreational or vacation purposes, or for intermittent road use, but not for permanent residential use. It shall have a visible manufacturer's certification tag showing it to be a travel trailer. A "travel trailer" is a structure that will not meet the requirements of the Uniform Building Code, and for the purpose of this title, a "travel trailer" shall not be deemed a mobile home.
