§ 22.04.568. Special uses.

Latest version.
  • "Special uses" means certain uses which because of special requirements or unusual characteristics related to the subject property, or because of possible detrimental effects on surrounding properties, may be permitted in use districts if found under the special use section of those districts, and after the granting of a special use permit by the hearings examiner. Special uses require a special degree of control to make such uses consistent with and compatible to other existing or permissible uses in the same zone or zones.
