§ 22.04.397. Neighborhood-oriented commercial center.

  • "Neighborhood-oriented commercial center" means no more than three commercial land uses located on one lot or contiguous lots within a predominantly residential area. A neighborhood-oriented commercial center consists only of retail and/or service uses oriented to serve residents of the immediate neighborhood and are designed and operated to minimize impact on surrounding residences.
