§ 21.90.020. Front, side and rear yard setback variance.

The department may grant a modification of up to fifty percent from the front, side and rear setback requirements in residential zones provided the findings can be made and conditions met as listed in Section 20.07.050 of the Thurston County Code. This does not preclude other variances from being considered as provided in Section 21.90.010.
