§ 21.84.050. Summary site plan—Presubmission conference.

Before submitting an application for a site plan review, a developer shall submit
a request form and one copy of the proposal to the resource stewardship department
for a presubmission conference, which shall contain in a rough and approximate manner
all of the information required in the site plan application. The purpose of the summary
site plan is to enable a developer filing the plan to obtain the advice of the department
as to the applicability of the intent, standards and provisions of this chapter to
the plan. After the filing of a summary site plan, the department shall schedule a
presubmission conference at which time it shall make available to the developer its
written advice regarding the compatibility of the preliminary site plan with the intent,
standards and provisions of this chapter.
