§ 21.70.030. Applicability.

This chapter shall apply to all commercial projects, and to multifamily, condominium and townhouse projects with more than four dwelling units. Development projects for single-family detached homes are exempt from the requirements of this chapter. Specific types of development referenced in this chapter shall follow the described process as provided in Section 21.70.040.
