§ 21.66.030. Application review for special uses.

    Special uses shall be subject to the review process as provided for in Chapter 21.81 of this title or as otherwise noted in this chapter.

    B.

    Before submitting an application for a hearings examiner approved special use permit, the applicant shall submit a request form and one copy of the proposal to the resource stewardship department for a presubmission conference. At minimum, the proposal shall contain in a rough and approximate manner the information required in the special use application. The purpose of the presubmission conference is to enable the applicant to obtain the advice of affected county departments as to the applicability of the intent, standards and provisions of this title to the proposal. Upon receipt of a properly prepared request, the resource stewardship department shall notify the applicant of the time and place for the presubmission conference.
