§ 21.63.090. Mobile/manufactured home subdivision design standards—Open space.

Latest version.

Open space for common use of all residents of the subdivision shall be provided. Such space shall be accessible to and usable by the residents of the subdivision for passive or active recreation. Parking space and driveways are not considered to be usable open space.
