§ 21.63.050. Development standards—Plot plan requirements.

A.

Mobile or manufactured home subdivisions shall comply with the same minimum performance and design standards of conventional housing in the zoning districts in which they are permitted. However, mobile or manufactured homes shall not be constructed or used as duplexes.

B.

An application for a mobile or manufactured home subdivision shall contain the information required in Section 21.81.060 and shall be processed in accordance with Section 21.81.040.
