§ 21.61.020. Definitions.

These definitions shall be in addition to the definitions set forth in Chapter 21.06 and shall apply solely to townhouse developments:

"Townhouse" means a one-family dwelling unit which is part of a group of two or more such units separated by a common party wall having no doors, windows or other provisions for human passage or visibility. Each one-dwelling unit shall be attached by not more than two party walls.

"Townhouse group" means a cluster or grouping of townhouse units containing not less than two nor more than six individual townhouse dwelling units contiguous to one another.
