Once the preliminary development plan is approved, all persons and parties, their
successors, heirs, or assigns, who own, have, or will have by virtue of purchase,
inheritance or assignment, any interest in the real property within the proposed PRD,
shall be bound by the conditions attending the approval of the development and the
provisions of this title.
