§ 21.43.070. Preliminary review and approval—Application—Eligibility and procedure.

Who May Apply. Any owner or group of owners of property acting jointly, or a developer authorized to act as agent for an owner or group of owners, may submit an application for PID development.

B.

Review Procedure. Applications shall be processed in accordance with Chapter 21.81 of this title.
