§ 21.41.080. Stormwater runoff.

Stormwater management is required and shall be subject to the county's review and approval, and shall moreover, comply with Chapter 15.05 of the Thurston County Code. Stormwater generated on site shall not cause pollution to any surface or groundwaters so as to violate local, state or federal standards governing the quality of such waters.
