§ 21.39.100. Stormwater runoff.

All stormwater runoff shall be retained and disposed of on site or disposed of in a system designed for such runoff and which does not flood or damage adjacent properties. Systems designed for runoff retention and control shall comply with specifications provided by the county and shall be subject to its review and approval, and shall, moreover, comply with Chapter 15.05.
