§ 21.39.080. Landscaping.

Latest version.

A.

All areas of the site not developed with impervious surfaces shall be landscaped.

B.

All landscaping shall be irrigated.

C.

Type II landscaping, densely planted, shall be installed at the perimeter of the site.

D.

Natural vegetation or stands of trees existing prior to development of the site may be acceptable to meet all or part of the landscape requirements.

E.

All requirements of Chapter 21.80, Landscaping, shall be met.
