§ 21.24.040. Prohibited uses.

Uses other than those specifically identified or described in Section 21.24.020 are prohibited; provided, however, that the department may consider uses similar to, or related to, those of Section 21.24.020 upon a finding that a particular unlisted use is consistent with the general intent of this chapter and is compatible with other land uses.
